Project Manager (Interior Design - Part Time)

Lacquer Design, a residential interior design firm based in Pensacola, FL, is seeking a meticulous and organized part-time Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong project management experience, exceptional attention to detail, and a keen interest in interior design. Core Responsibilities: • Project Management: Oversee and update project timelines to keep projects and the team on schedule • Pricing and Procurement: Manage the product (FF&E) lifecycle for multiple projects, from estimation to proposals to purchasing, tracking, working with our receiving warehouse, and coordinating installation. • Proposals: Assist in creating detailed and accurate proposals for vendors and clients; studio lead in managing items in Studio Designer software • Document Updates: Create and maintain construction-related documents and project schedules. • Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing projects and coordinating with external vendors, preferably in an interior design, construction, or related field.
