Project Manager (Kitchen and Bath Design)

-Manage email and phone communication with clients and vendors to forward progress on design projects, including answering questions from tradespeople and tracking product orders -Maintain client project folders (physical and on Dropbox) with details relevant to projects -Measure client rooms for design project planning, input in floor planning software (knowledge of Sketchup is a plus) Generally, assist with logistics, scheduling work, project planning, receiving, and returning merchandise, measurements, inventory, preparation of presentations, and inventory organization. Qualifications: -Drafting/Autocad/Sketchup skills experience is required -Knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, and detailing is required -Knowledge of natural stone countertops, porcelain, and ceramic tile a plus -General understanding of building process a plus -Flexibility and positive team focused attitude -High level of attention to detail -Excellent organizational skills -Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Google Drive, MS Office, Dropbox -Excellent written & verbal communication skills -Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as necessary Must have reliable form of transportation, living within 45 minutes of the office This job currently offers 30 hours a week with potential to become a full-time job.
