We are looking for an awesome person to manage all aspects of a project, including design, production, and quality control. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both Public and Private Projects. This position will report to the principal in charge of the Landscape Studio. RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist Principal with marketing and business development • Prepare project proposals and contract amendments • Develop budgets, tasks, and contract negotiations • Mentor and lead project team members • Travel for project meeting and construction job sites • Interact with and nurture client relationships REQUIREMENTS • Expertise on Public and Private landscape design projects • Architecture License • Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture • Minimum of 10 years of experience • Proficient in AutoCAD/LandFX, Revit and Sketchup • Proficient in at least one design software program, e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign BENEFITS • Paid major holidays, vacation and sick time • Insurance contribution; health, dental & vision • 401k contribution • Mentorship program • Flexible schedule options TEN OVER STUDIO In 2014, a few good friends started TEN OVER STUDIO with a mission to leave the world better than we found it.
