Project Manager or Job Captain Immediate Opening at Architecture firm

IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR PROJECT MANAGER, PROJECT ARCHITECT, and a JOB CAPTAIN - POSITION at EXPANDING SAN JOSE AREA ARCHITECTURAL FIRM We have immediate job openings and are currently looking to hire qualified individuals for a full time position at our firm. \\- Strong technical experience and ability to generate construction details and complete a working drawing set \\- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software \\- Positively collaborate in a team environment with our Staff, Consultants, Clients; mentoring junior staff \\- Experience in managing multiple projects through all phases of design \\- Experience in coordination of drawings and communication with various professional design Consultants \\- Experience working with various Regulatory Agencies with current understanding of the California Building Codes and other standard reference codes and regulations. \\- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an Architectural office working with a Licensed Architect \\- Proficiency with Microsoft and Adobe Software (Acrobat, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) \\- Strong proficiency with AutoCAD software + Revit knowledge \\- Positively work & collaborate in a team environment with our Staff, Consultants, and Clients. \\- Experience coordinating drawings and communicating with various Design Consultants NOT REQUIRED BUT POSITIVE ATTRIBUTES: \\- Enrolled with NCARB IDP program and/or taking exams in becoming a licensed Architect \\- LEED Experience and/or Accreditation \\- Strong technical experience with REVIT software and/or SketchUp ================================================= If your skill set fits one of the above open positions, please respond to this posting with your requested qualified position, resume, and any reference information for our review.
