Immediate part-time, flexible opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who is passionate about design, DETAIL-ORIENTED and knowledgeable in managing Residential Projects. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, ability to coordinate 5-8 clients simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: \\+ Collaborate directly with principal designer \\+ Take interior renovation projects from commencement to completion \\+ Assist with concept presentations and material/equipment selection \\+ Knowledge of textile, tile, plumbing, lighting, paint, etc. specifications \\+ Interpret and implement floor plans, renderings/sketches, elevations and specifications. \\+ Create project documentation & timelines, including construction schedules and project budgets \\+ Interface with architects, vendors and contractors.
