Though not a requirement, for those who are interested, the role has the potential to transition into a full-time project management position over the course of the next 6 months. OTHER FACTS ABOUT THE ROLE While the position doesn’t require one to live within a certain proximity of our offices, the ideal candidate would be located within 2 hours of our Charlottesville, VA headquarters (VA, DC & WV is where the majority of work is concentrated). FLEXIBLE WORK SCHEDULE This is a part-time, (at least to start), hybrid or in-office (should you choose) position, As a newly created position, we are not yet clear on the hours one should expect to work, however, we feel confident it will require a minimum of 15 hours per week, but likely will be 20 - 30 hours per week. The position can be filled as a direct employee of the company or a 1099 contractor, so long as the position remains part-time with a flexible schedule.
