Project Manager/Interior Designer

Honey Collins Interiors, a high-end residential interior design firm in Boston and Atlanta seeks a detail-oriented and technically skilled Project Manager/Interior Designer to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position is for our Boston or Atlanta office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience at an interior design firm. Duties will Include: -Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize workflow, and meet deadlines through installation - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - High level of detail, organization, and professionalism -Create and manage project budgets, schedules, installation timelines, and project to-do lists -Prepare materials; schedule and attend client meetings and site visits -Provide weekly status updates on all projects -Create and maintain paint, lighting, plumbing, hardware, and tile schedules for contractors -Produce furniture plans and elevations in AutoCAD or Revit -Create RFQs for custom... furniture and window treatments -Assist Principal in sourcing furniture, fabric, hardware, lighting, antiques, and accessories -Prepare proposals and purchase orders in design program - Review and redline shop drawings - Represent firm at meetings with architects, contractors and vendors
