The expected starting salary range is high $40,000s to mid‑$50,000s. Actual compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s qualifications.

Position Summary:

The Project Sales Coordinator identifies customer needs and recommends products and services that meet those needs. The Project Sales Coordinator listens to, and addresses customer concerns and facilitates sales. Like every member of our team, the Project Sales Coordinator is expected to pitch in with whatever needs doing when the going gets tough.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond to all department emails and phone calls with the appropriate follow-up and solutions.
Proactively work with customers to determine project scope/requirements, schedule consultations, assist with project tile counts, prepare/review quotes, process orders, collect deposits and final payments.
Facilitate trade inquiries and orders.
Track and maintain a detailed log of all inquiries, feedback and sales.
Maintain customer contact information in both QuickBooks and Mailchimp.
Understand product changes, explain process, product, and changes to customers.
Attend and assist with coordinating trade shows and sales events.
Maintain the Design Studio and participate in weekly staff meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Hours/Schedule: This position will be 100% in-person. 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday. 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented, organized, customer focused professional.
Possess strong time management and communication skills. Motawi projects have won regional and national awards, and our clients have high expectations for professionalism and expertise.
Ability to collaborate well with the team and ensure a cohesive and supportive environment.
Ability to gain a thorough understanding of the business to support the team.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Associate degree or higher.
Proficiency in QuickBooks.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
