The Project + Studio Coordinator supports the smooth day-to-day operation of the studio by managing documentation, scheduling, and administrative coordination across active projects. This is a client-facing, execution-focused role that requires strong written communication, organization, discretion, and follow-through. This is not a design role. Reporting to the Director of Operations + Procurement, the Coordinator works closely with the Principal/Creative Director, design team, vendors, and clients. The role averages 15–20 hours per week to start and includes standing client and internal meetings with mandatory attendance.
