Property Manager for new Co-Living Community

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Co-Living Property/Community Manager to help create a new small co-living community and provide property management for said community. In addition to offering residents a chance to interact, share, and dine together, Casa Urbana will also feature community-led events such as movie nights, talks, and discussions. onboarding, operational workflows, community communication \- Help create a pre-leasing marketing plan prior to renovation completion \- Oversee the remainder of the renovations and build-out of the community yard \- Help with the interior design of the townhomes, ie. Once the renovations, furnishing, and co-living platform creation are completed, the Property Manager’s duties will include, but are not limited to: \- No-rent suite with private bathroom + $800/mo \- For work on renovations, furnishing, pre-leasing/marketing and co-living platform creation, a one-time bonus of $2,000 will be given
