Overview: The Purchasing Administrative Coordinator is responsible for all purchasing and logistic activities to oversee the entire interior merchandise buying process for each of our clients' projects. This includes inquiring, obtaining, and organizing quotes, managing vendor relationships, placing purchase orders for all items, shipping, tracking and expediting, communication and arranging for receiving and inspection through our warehouse as well as planning for and managing the installation of all purchases.
