We are seeking an Architecture Project Manager who can lead projects from concept through construction with confidence, organization, and strong communication.

Role Overview

The Architecture Project Manager oversees day‑to‑day project execution, client communication, consultant coordination, schedules, budgets, and quality control. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, design‑driven environment and enjoys balancing creative problem‑solving with disciplined project management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural projects from schematic design through construction administrationManage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and internal workflowsCoordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and permitting authoritiesReview drawings for accuracy, code compliance, and constructabilityPrepare and manage project budgets, proposals, and change ordersOversee internal team assignments and ensure deadlines are metConduct site visits, field reports, punch lists, and progress documentationMaintain organized project documentation and communication logsSupport quality assurance and quality control processesEnsure compliance with multi-state jurisdictional requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field5+ years of architectural project management experienceStrong understanding of building codes, permitting, and construction processesProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and project management toolsExcellent communication, organization, and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience coordinating with consultants and contractors

Preferred Qualifications

Architectural licensure (or active pursuit)Experience with interiors‑heavy or mixed‑use projectsFamiliarity with multi‑state permitting workflowsStrong technical detailing and documentation skillsExperience in small‑firm environments
