Lead architectural projects from schematic design through construction administrationManage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and internal workflowsCoordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and permitting authoritiesReview drawings for accuracy, code compliance, and constructabilityPrepare and manage project budgets, proposals, and change ordersOversee internal team assignments and ensure deadlines are metConduct site visits, field reports, punch lists, and progress documentationMaintain organized project documentation and communication logsSupport quality assurance and quality control processesEnsure compliance with multi-state jurisdictional requirements
