DUTIES: -create and/or edit real estate listing descriptions -proofread for accuracy and style -send out perfected listing descriptions to clients REQUIREMENTS: -excellent writing skills with experience in copywriting, blogging, or editing -open to learning and following specific writing styles -must be available to start part-time in Pasadena on-site, then full time in the near future (w/the possibility to work remotely/from home) PREFERENCES: -knowledge of real estate / writing listing description -brainstorm/help with marketing efforts -computer/internet savvy -bachelor's degree -knowledge of digital/social media marketing If possible, include a writing sample with your reply. You'll be asked to edit a sample paragraph during a potential interview.
