Responsibilities: • Answer and transfer inbound telephone calls • Schedule, Organize, Confirm and Cancel Contractor's Appointments and Meetings • Ability to communicate via email on a timely manner • Record and Relay messages • Carry out administrative duties such as typing, copying, binding, scanning • Data Entry • Handle sensitive information in a confidential fashion • Maintain computer and manual filing systems • Draft correspondences and other formal documents • Greet and assist onsite guests • Provide general support to visitors • Maintain contact lists • Resolve administrative matters • Receive, sort and distribute mails • Order office supplies • Develop and implement organized filing systems • Perform all other office tasks Qualifications: • Previous experience in office administration • Proven high quality customer service skills (3 to 5years experience in customer service) • Abilities to handle challenges with customers • Previous experience in window treatments preferred but not required • Proficient Phone Etiquette • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Excellent time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to handle Teamwork • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Strong organizational skills Requirements: • Typing Skills (60wpm preferred but not required) • Proficient in MS Office (knowledge with QB preferred but not required) • 3 Verified References • Background Check Required Applicants: Please answer to these questions in the email upon your application.
