SCS Tile is seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital to keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly and creating a welcoming, professional experience for visitors and clients. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors; direct them to the appropriate product or design area Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries with professionalism Perform administrative tasks: filing, scanning, photocopying Help coordinate deliveries and manage related logistics Track and order office and showroom supplies as needed Schedule client appointments and manage team calendars Handle customer support issues and ensure prompt resolutions Assist with inventory tracking and data entry in invoicing system Support the design and sales teams with organizational tasks Requirements: Must be comfortable standing, walking, and lifting samples (8–50 lbs) throughout the workday Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and prioritize tasks Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team Why Work With Us?
