-As a Recruiter, you will: -Fully embrace a culture of hospitality catered to the compassionate residents and hardworking staff members of Royal Oaks As a Recruiter, you will: -Fully embrace a culture of hospitality catered to the compassionate residents and hardworking staff members of Royal Oaks -Grab those binoculars and perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria using computer databases, networking, recruiting resources, cold calls, media, firms, and employee referrals -Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates -Design and implement overall recruiting strategy -Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications -Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards -Source and recruit candidates by using social media -Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports -Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process -Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work” -Attend job fairs/recruitment functions, conduct telephone interviews to connect with applicable candidates, inform applicants of employment selection Major Duties and Responsibilities: -Lead full recruiting cycle from posting of position to on-boarding of candidate. -Creates a talent pipeline by building relationships with qualified candidates in prioritized skill sets; develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. Is responsible for promptly reporting to the Director of Health Services, Director of Resident Services or Chief Executive Officer (CEO) incidents or evidence of resident abuse or a violation of residents’ rights. Knowledge and Skills: -Strong interviewing skills and understanding of line of business/skill set labor market. -Advanced knowledge of employment laws.
