Designer \\- Prepare preliminary schematic designs \\- Develop designs through elevations, sections, and 3D modeling \\- Draft your designs (we use Vectorworks) \\- Manage design tasks autonomously \\- Communicate with clients and our team about the design work \\- Keep track of design hours spent \\- Stay organized and track progress of projects \\- Assist with initial consultations for new clients Ideally candidates will have a degree in architecture or interior design, but real-world experience with residential design is a must. We have a uniquely collaborative process in our office, where our designers are primarily focused on the design work itself. We have a casual work environment, and options for a flexible workday and working remotely. Our office has a relaxed atmosphere and we put a focus on a positive office culture and work/life balance.
