The ideal candidate will have resident architectural experience in project design, project management, and project production in residential construction. Master’s Degree preferred Professional architectural experience, including experience creating Construction Document sets for permit and coordinating Construction Phase Services. Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes Demonstrate proficiency with computer design programs such as REVIT, AutoCAD, and SketchUp required. Responsible for interpreting, organizing, and executing design using creativity, foresight, and judgement to meet project requirements and deadlines. Perform document reviews and on-site construction assessments Must demonstrate strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
