Residential Architectural Designer

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential Architectural Designer position include: • 3+ years of experience high-end custom residential design and working with clients • Expertise in floorplan and elevation creation, from initial concept through construction documentation • Skilled at guiding clients through the design process and presenting design solutions • Proficient in CAD or Revit drafting and experienced in both design and production work • Ability to perform rough estimating and collaborate with sales, estimators, and engineers • Experience with permitting processes for residential projects • Strong project management skills with attention to budget and quality • Knowledge of ADUs, custom homes, and large-scale renovations over $1.5 million • Registered Architect (RA) desired but not required Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including paid time off, paid holidays, sick time, potential health insurance reimbursement, and bonuses.
