Residential Architectural Designer

Residential Architectural Designer- Salary is up to $100,000 + Bonus- Onsite Downtown (Free Parking)- 100% Paid Insurance for Employee & Family- License Not Required Overview Of The Architectural Designer • The Architectural Designer will prepare and organize all presentation and construction documents, including but not limited to hand-drawn perspectives and renderings, floor plans, elevations, sections, wall sections, details, interior elevations, and electrical plans • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, city zoning and building departments, and other agencies throughout each phase of design and construction • Consult directly with clients to determine the project scope and client specifications • Research and prepare project specifications • Research applicable products, materials, systems, and codes necessary to accomplish the design objective for each project Qualifications Of The Architectural Designer • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and have residential experience. • Must have CAD and be comfortable with hand drawing. • Must be able to work onsite in downtown Nashville (free parking).
