We’re a family-owned real estate company based in South Jersey looking for a Rockstar Carpenter to join our team to work on projects ranging from apartment rehabs to high-end custom renovations. From rough framing to finishing, we’re looking for carpenters with at least 5 years of experience and a proven track record of reliable and successful work in renovations and/or new construction. General Skills -General operating knowledge of all tools and equipment -Basic math skills to perform algebra and geometry calculations related to construction tasks -Problem-solving skills to identify issues and create action plans -Ability to read architectural drawings and adhere to building plans -Knowledge of basic construction materials, policies and procedures -Ability to adapt to changing work priorities in a challenging environment -Capable of working independently without constant supervision. Carpentry Skills -Carpentry: Rough framing, installation and repair of doors/jambs/hardware, trim, moldings, tile, etc.
