We are seeking a site superintendent / field project manager / construction coordinator to join our team! You will help manage our construction projects by assisting the project managers and office managers with all construction needs. The superintendent is there as part of the construction management team to run all aspects of construction from the plans all the way through completion in remodels, new home builds, baths, kitchens, exterior, landscape and hardscape, paint, floors, roofing, and all other areas of construction. Responsibilities: Field Responsibilities: Site visits, quality control, communication between all subs, project managers, office, city, architects and designers See and manage all construction projects all the way from beginning to end Hire and manage sub-contractors in the field Scheduling trades, sub contractors, inspections to ensure projects start and finish on time Coordination for all trades in the field, coordinating smooth transitions between trade Problem solving and resourceful management to efficiently move projects through stages of construction Systems improvements for standard operating procedures to help improve efficiency, quality of product, strong communication with the client and, of course, a beautiful home and end-result Budgeting projects with the filed project manager to make sure trades are fairly compensated and on budget Quality control for projects to ensure quality construction, beautiful high- end finishes! Projects Responsibilities: Coordination with project manager in the field, architect, interior designer and all other trades in construction Manage Timeline & Schedules on a daily basis Document Daily Updates for project management software to ensure all areas of construction are covered.
