Residential Design

The successful candidate will take the lead in assigned projects. This role requires a balance of creative vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills to oversee complex landscape projects from inception to completion. · Oversee project execution from sales through completion, coordinating production managers, installation crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with contracted specifications. · Actively participate in winter snow removal services (mandatory). Position Requirements • Minimum 5 years of experience selling large residential landscape projects (required) • Proven experience in landscape design and residential sales • Strong understanding of: • Landscape construction techniques • Construction principles • Horticulture fundamentals
