Reports to: Development Design Team Manager Days in Pipeline – deliver completed plans to team within the committed number of days • Degree in Architecture/Design or previous residential drafting experience • Prepare complete set of construction drawings for each project in phases per MB process within a given timeframe • Assist in the design and maintenance of company plan library, with an emphasis on aesthetics, value engineering and customer function
