RIC design build is looking for a Residential Designer with 5+ years of experience to join our team. Past work experience should include construction document production. The Designer will produce design concepts, develop project designs, and create construction documents for residential projects. • Computer proficiency with an understanding of design programs (SketchUp and Layout or similar) and a willingness to learn new programs aligned with our team’s workflow and digital standards. • 5 paid personal days per year with an additional personal day for each year with the company (up to a maximum of 10 personal days per year).
