As a Senior Residential Designer, you will collaborate in both the design and improvement of the home design collections that Fischer Homes offers. In this role, you will be an integral part of the Architectural Design Team in developing new designs and the ongoing efforts to provide the home designs and features homebuyers are looking for. • Review construction documents of new and updated home designs and verify initial design intent of livability and construction efficiency • Develop preliminary conceptual designs for the programs presented by the Architectural Design Manager and prepare them for the production design phase.
