We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Architectural Drafter / Residential Designer to prepare, design, and maintain accurate working drawings for our residential projects. • Assist in designing and maintaining the company’s plan library, emphasizing aesthetics, value engineering, and functional design. • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure designs are practical, efficient, and meet customer expectations. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic Qualifications • Degree in Architecture, Drafting, or Design (preferred) or equivalent residential drafting experience.
