We are seeking a dynamic individual with architectural design experience to fill a Project Developer position within our company. Next, they create a scope of work and design program for the project. The individual needs experience meeting with clients, separate needs from wants, developing work scopes as well as initial designs that exceed the clients expectation. PDs must be able to solve problems through creative space planning that ultimately increases value, provides for a comfortable living space, and accentuate certain areas of the home through effective use of space and lighting.
