Designer Job Overview We are a boutique residential design-build firm specializing in thoughtful, well-crafted renovations and custom homes. Designer Responsibilities Proven experience in residential design management or a similar role within the construction or interior design industry.Strong proficiency in software such as SketchUp, or other drafting or visualization tools.Ability to produce clear, buildable floor plans and 3D models with strong design fundamentals related to flow, proportion, and functionalitySolid understanding of project scheduling software and techniques for managing multiple concurrent projects.Knowledge of construction estimating processes, budgeting practices, contracts management, and construction management principles.Familiarity with renovation projects including interior design aspects from concept to execution.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in drafting, project management documentation, and contract review.Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year Benefits:
