Residential Designer

We are looking for a Residential Designer to own the design experience for our clients, from the first vision conversation through a complete, production-ready selection package. What You Will Do A genuine eye for residential design, especially kitchens, baths, and whole-home renovations, with a portfolio or work samples to show itBackground in interior design, kitchen and bath design, or a related design fieldConfidence leading clients through the design and selection process in personStrong knowledge of renovation materials, finishes, and how they come together in a spaceExcellent organization; you love a beautiful design and a clean, complete spec sheetComfort in showrooms and with vendors, and the ability to build those relationshipsWillingness to learn our systems (we will train you on JobTread and our workflow)A collaborative mindset; you will work alongside our Project Manager and Owner dailyNice to Have Full-time, in-office role based at our Perkasie, PA officeRegular client meetings at local showrooms, plus occasional job site visits in the Bucks County area$30 to $40 per hour depending on experienceRoom to grow and shape the design function as the company growsHow to Apply In your own words, what does that mission mean to you, and how does it line up with the values that guide how you work and the kind of company you want to be part of?Please share a link to a portfolio, or describe two or three projects where you led the design and guided clients through selections such as tile, cabinetry, countertops, or finishes.
