Visual Designer/Graphics Job Description The ideal candidate will have a wide variety of graphics and artistic skills that will be used to create marketing and advertising materials, client-specific look books with photos and renderings of homes, watercolor and other renderings of house exteriors, etc... The position requires proficiency in the following: • Adobe InDesign - used primarily for text-based documents, booklets, posters, and floor plan marketing sheets. Must work with character and paragraph styles. • SketchUp/3D modeling ability is a plus • Watercolor skill is a plus • Needs to be comfortable working with Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Houzz
