Reports to: Director of Residential Design Design Management • Prepares full sets of construction drawings without oversight. Knowledge and Skills • College Degree in CAD Design and five years’ experience as a residential Designer or similar experience preferred. • Requires the ability to interface with customers, vendors and subcontractors. • Knowledge of basic structural design principles and proficient in engineering software programs.
