We are looking for someone who takes ownership of projects, communicates effectively with clients and consultants, and can move projects through the permitting process with minimal supervision. ● Develop complete construction documents for permit and construction. ● Coordinate directly with city planning and building departments. Experience with the following is preferred: ● Experience working with a design-build contractor.
