Residential Draftsperson (Contract)

As our project volume continues to grow, we’re looking to add a skilled draftsperson to support our design team. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Residential Draftsperson to join our team on a contract basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time W-2 role in the future if the fit is strong and workload supports it. The position will average 20–30 hours per week and follows a hybrid schedule, combining remote work with a few in-office hours each week for coordination and collaboration. What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of residential drafting experience, ideally within high-end or luxury projects • Strong proficiency in 2D drawing (AutoCAD, Chief Architect, or similar required) • Strong proficiency in 3D modeling and visualization (SketchUp or similar required) • Solid understanding of residential construction, kitchens, baths, and custom millwork • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and accurate • Comfortable working independently while taking direction and feedback • Professional, reliable, and collaborative
