Furniture Fair is seeking an Interior Design Sales Consultant for our retail showroom. The Interior Design Sales Consultant provides design services to customers, enters and manages orders, and coordinates general business activities and the needs of Furniture Fair clients through courteous and timely service. Qualifications of our Design Sales Consultants • Interior Design Degree or 3 years of design sales experience • Established residential designer is preferred • Ability to sketch designs for clients • Ability to lift 50 lbs • Experience with tablet/IPad technology • Experience presenting information and data in a sales environment Interior Design Sales Consultant - Desired Skills: • A passion for the customer • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to manage a design project from start to finish • Great communication skills with internal and external customers • Desire to learn to about production of furniture and the required manufactures and products • Drive to Succeed • Self-motivated and able to work well with minimal supervision or in a team environment • Experience with tablet/IPad technology • Excellent interpersonal skills • Experience presenting information and data in a sales environment • Desire to be part of something big.
