This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about residential design and thrives in a collaborative, detail-driven environment. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle needs, and design goals • Analyze site conditions, including topography, views, orientation, and constraints • Develop creative and functional floor plans and architectural concepts • Build detailed 3D models and construction documents using Revit • Produce high-quality renderings and visualizations using Lumion • Review and mark up drawings using Bluebeam • Coordinate with internal team members, consultants, and builders • Take projects from initial concept through completed construction documents Location
