Residential In Home Design Consultant

No cold calling is required. Duties & Responsibilities • Make a connection with our customers, review their needs, assist with product/design selections, make recommendations and make the sale • Prepare and present in home and off site sales presentations to potential customers, close the sale and establish a contract • Looking for motivated individual that wants to make a lot of money • Must be a good communicator and outgoing • We will train you on what it takes to be successful in the home • Must have the will to work hard every day • Conduct thorough job site measuring, take photos and calculate the cost of the project • Review job quote with customer, address potential obstacles to contract and collect/prepare necessary documentation/contacts/down payment • Prepare the Job Sales Packet, which includes the completed and signed contract, photographs of the area the project will be installed at, diagram of bath and credit application (if needed) • Participate in local, regional and corporate sales and product trainings and seminars in person, online and through various content delivery resources • Achieve company objectives in sales, lead conversions, customer service and production • Attend local trade shows, home events and additional lead generating opportunities as requested Qualifications • Be 21 years of age • Ability to lean, master and implement the Re-Bath franchise system tools, products, training and resources • Be able to communicate and understand the predominant languages of the company trade area • Attention to detail, highly organized and strong work ethic and ethics • A warm, outgoing and enthusiastic personality • Self-motivated with a high urgency to succeed • Direct to customer sales experience. • High School Diploma required • Must have valid Drivers License Job Type: Full-time
