Duties & Responsibilities Make a connection with our customers, review their needs, assist with product/design selections, make recommendations and make the salePrepare and present in home and off site sales presentations to potential customers, close the sale and establish a contractLooking for motivated individual that wants to make a lot of moneyMust be a good communicator and outgoingWe will train you on what it takes to be successful in the homeMust have the will to work hard every dayConduct thorough job site measuring, take photos and calculate the cost of the projectReview job quote with customer, address potential obstacles to contract and collect/prepare necessary documentation/contacts/down paymentPrepare the Job Sales Packet, which includes the completed and signed contract, photographs of the area the project will be installed at, diagram of bath and credit application (if needed)Participate in local, regional and corporate sales and product trainings and seminars in person, online and through various content delivery resourcesAchieve company objectives in sales, lead conversions, customer service and productionAttend local trade shows, home events and additional lead generating opportunities as requestedQualifications Be 21 years of ageAbility to lean, master and implement the Re-Bath franchise system tools, products, training and resourcesBe able to communicate and understand the predominant languages of the company trade areaAttention to detail, highly organized and strong work ethic and ethicsA warm, outgoing and enthusiastic personalitySelf-motivated with a high urgency to succeedDirect to customer sales experience. Pay: $100,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
