Residential Interior Design Lead

Residential Tulsa, Oklahoma Minimum Experience **Experienced** W Design is seeking an experienced Residential Interior Designer with 5+ years of experience capable of working independently with minimal day-to-day supervision. • Appreciate collaborating with our team and clients • Work hard so you can play hard and enjoy your hobbies and time away from work. • Value and understand the importance and imperativeness of time management, budgets, and deadlines • Demonstrate ability to handle pressure and stay organized with attention to detail and have a passion for procedures, efficiency and most of all, Great Design • Appreciate that W Design is a community, a close-knit group in and out of the office its our culture • Must be able to work through project phases with minimal direction • Collaborate with the Residential team to create plans that are cohesive with the interior aesthetics • Communicate ideas and assist in floorplan layouts • Follow up with the Residential team to discuss ways to progress and expand our designs • Willing to learn new software to create visual renderings for the client and/or create presentation boards with materials • Remain aware of trends and able to articulate different styles with clients • Involved in the community, have a pulse on whats happening, support Business Development by marketing Residential Interiors • Be able to gather ideas from the clients and formulate presentations • Able to guide clients and inform them on great design • Build relationships with trade-only wholesalers for product purchases • Be able to perform site surveys Experience: • Minimum of 5+ years of experience working directly with Home Owners on all aspects of design - Planning, Designing, FF&E Layouts, and Install • Residential Design • Technical Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit, Sketchup, Rendering Software(s), InDesign/Photoshop, or equivalent
