Residential Interior Designer

The role requires translating client needs into actionable design concepts, conducting insightful in-home consultations, and fortifying sales teams with design expertise. • Schedule and conduct in-home consultations to understand client's unique needs, preferences, and vision for their space. • Collaborate with support teams to ensure flawless execution of operational excellence. This position holds significant influence over the store's financial health, team morale and development, operational efficiency, and the overall customer experience and reputation in the community. This position reports to the Store Manager of the assigned location with indirect influence of sales team.
