Residential Interior Designer

The Role: As our Interior Designer, you’ll be the creative and client-focused heart of every project. What You’ll Do: • Meet with clients to understand their goals, design preferences, and vision • Create mood boards, conceptual designs, 3D renderings, and selections • Prepare and maintain detailed design documentation, drawings, and project specifications • Coordinate with vendors and trade partners to source materials and ensure design execution • Support the estimator in developing budgets and design & development agreements for clients • Host trade walk meetings and participate in pre-construction and construction milestone reviews • Visit job sites periodically to review project progress, ensure design fidelity, and collaborate with project managers and trades • Ensure design quality, functionality, and aesthetics are maintained throughout each project • Collaborate closely with project managers and the production team to bring designs to life
