Key Responsibilities Design kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-home remodeling projects using Chief Architect softwareMeet with homeowners to understand their lifestyle, design preferences, and project goalsDevelop floor plans, 3D renderings, and design presentationsPrepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, and design documentationCollaborate with project managers, contractors, and vendors throughout each projectGuide clients through material, finish, fixture, and color selectionsRevise designs based on client feedback while maintaining project timelinesMaintain organized project documentation and ensure design accuracyBalance aesthetics, functionality, and constructability in every design Requirements Professional experience in residential interior design, remodeling, or renovationAdvanced proficiency with Chief Architect software is requiredStrong understanding of residential space planning and construction detailsExperience producing construction-ready drawings and design presentationsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong communication and client relationship skillsExcellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilitiesExperience working directly with homeowners is highly preferred
