RESIDENTIAL INTERIOR DESIGNER - experienced

Support During Construction Phase Attend project handoff meetings and assist Project Managers with clarifying design details in sold projects. Attend project meetings when invited to ensure design details are accurately implemented during construction. Identify new vendors for selection materials and assist in the vetting process. The Senior Interior Designer will require the following responsibilities and experience: Highly organized and able to coordinate projects with the interior design staff Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and presentation skills Self-motivated with an attention to detail and ability to self-supervise/ self-regulate High level of proficiency primarily in REVIT, AutoCAD, Illustrator & Photoshop Chief Architect: 5 years (preferred) Revit: 2 years (Preferred) Interior Planning and Design: Develop and execute design concepts for custom homes, including spatial planning and material selections. Understanding of current code applications and standards A minimum of 3 years' experience in producing interior residential construction documents for luxury remodeling projects.
