You raise the bar by taking initiative to achieve tasks without prompting. • Foster a collaborative environment that upholds Spire’s values • Actively participate in all design process from Conceptual/Schematic design through Construction Administration • Transfer design ideas using hand media, Adobe Suite, AutoCAD architecture, Excel, and word • Poses a strong and knowledgeable presence during presentations and selections with clients • Master balance, emphasis, movement, pattern, repetition, proportion, rhythm, variety, and unity in and throughout interiors. • Maintain the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and local code compliance while designing; if applicable • Attend weekly design meetings with the Director of Design and the President of Construction • Must have Residential interior design knowledge including an associates or bachelors degree from an accredited school in the field of Interior Design • Must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and live in the Denver Metro or surrounding areas. • This position will be in office, F/T Monday-Friday and after 90 day probationary period include benefits such as: Medical/dental insurance, paid holidays and personal/sick time • Salary based on experience.
