La-Z-Boy is seeking a dedicated professional with a background in Interior Design to lead our In-Home Design program. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about home décor principles, proficient in space planning tools, and brings strong interpersonal skills. - Collaborate with store leadership to drive sales and promote the design program. - Degree/Certification in Interior Design or equivalent experience $20 an hour training pay (no commission) first 3-4 weeks, after training $26,000 per year paid bi weekly • 3.5% of Net Written Design Sales and 2% on entered written sales other than La-Z-Boy Design sales.
