About the RoleCOMPANY is seeking a talented and motivated Residential Landscape Designer to join our Northern Colorado design-build team. This position is open due to the replacement of a valued team member and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-end residential landscape projects from concept through construction and installation. Landscape Design Build Projects from 65-4 million.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative and buildable landscape design concepts for residential projectsPrepare detailed site plans, planting plans, hardscape layouts, and construction-ready documentsMeet with clients to understand their vision, needs, budget, and project goalsConduct site analysis, including grading, drainage, and constructability considerationsCollaborate closely with project managers, estimators, and installation crews to ensure seamless project deliverySelect plant materials and hardscape elements appropriate for the Northern Colorado climate and site conditionsCreate 2D and/or 3D renderings and presentations for client reviewRevise designs based on client feedback, budget, and field conditionsParticipate in project handoffs and provide support during construction to ensure design intent is executed accuratelyVisit job sites as needed to coordinate with field teams and resolve design challenges in real timeQualifications for client reviewRevise designs based on client feedback and project constraintsSupport project execution and ensure design intent is carried through installationQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or related field preferred2–5+ years of experience in residential landscape designProficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar)Strong knowledge of plant materials suitable for Colorado climatesUnderstanding of grading, drainage, and construction detailingExcellent communication and client-facing skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesPreferred QualificationsExperience in a design-build landscape firmExperience with high-end residential or custom landscape designKnowledge of local codes and permitting processes in Northern ColoradoStrong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencingHand sketchCompetitive salary based on experiencePerformance-based bonusesHealth benefits packagePaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for professional growth and advancementWhy Join COMPANY?Collaborative and creative team environmentDiverse portfolio of residential projectsOpportunity to make a meaningful impact on outdoor living spacesStrong reputation in the Northern Colorado marketHow to ApplyPlease submit your resume, portfolio, and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and interest in the role to [email protected], 866-966-2488
