Absolute requirements: • 5+ years of design experience in the residential marketspace • Verifiable and stable sales experience • Proficiency in CAD software • Substantial experience designing and selling Kitchens & Baths • Strong communication and writing skills • Highly detail-oriented and organized Ideal experience: • Experience in Chief Architect • Track record of achievements • Working knowledge of basic residential construction • Industry accreditation in the remodeling or kitchen and bath industry such as CKD, CBD, or CGR
