Retail Design Consultant

We are seeking a Retail Jewelry Design Associate to join our growing team. This is more than a sales role – it’s a customer-focused, design-forward position where you’ll help clients bring their ideas to life. Work one-on-one with customers to understand their needs and help them select or design custom jewelry pieces. • Use CAD/CAM software (including Rhino and other design tools) to create digital models for customer approvals and production. • Assist with day-to-day customer interactions, including answering inquiries, providing product knowledge, and offering repair intake support.
