Ability to drive sales, customer service, satisfaction, and loyalty Have a "how can I help attitude" and a willingness to go above and beyond Must have strong time management and organizational skills Exceptional communication skills with clients and colleagues alike Ability to resolve problems and good decision making skills Merchandising experience is a plus Be proficient in stockroom receiving procedures A familiarity with custom orders and processes is helpful Furniture/gift/decor general product knowledge is useful Work Hours/Shift Schedules:
