Who We Are: I direct a small family-owned business in the event space industry. The main reason for this is that I'm looking to build a specific culture now that we have moved to the e-commerce space and we will be adding more staff members over time. All of the roles are coachable, but the job has many parts. The primary role will start with studio/office upkeep with a mix of retail, event, and admin duties. While half of this work may be on the computer, the other half is very much hands on.
